  4. 403(b) Tax Deferred Smart Account Retirement Plan - Employees are offered the opportunity to contribute to a Tax Deferred Retirement Plan
  5. 12% Retirement Plan - The YMCA will automatically contribute 12% of the eligible employees monthly salary into their YMCA Retirement Plan when the following requirements are met: 1. the employee has been employed with the YMCA for 2 years, and 2. the employee has worked 1,000 hours during each of any two 12 month periods, and 3. the employee is 21 years of age or older
  6. Paid Time Off – Full Time employees will begin accruing PTO immediately upon their Full Time employment start date, and may start utilizing it after 90 days. (This leave includes vacation, sick and holiday pay.)
  7. Emergency/Funeral Leave - 3 extra PTO days each calendar year for emergencies (upon approval) 
  8. Short Term Disability - 60% of your salary supplemented while out due to a personal illness, or accident (upon approval)
  9. Long Term Disability - 60% of your salary supplemented while out due to a personal illness, or accident (upon approval)
  10. Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment - $50,000 Life Insurance Policy and a $25,000 to $50,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment policy
  11. Employee Assistance Program – All employees are offered the opportunity for free confidential counseling services for themselves and their family
  12. Discounts – All employees receive discounts to Verizon Wireless, Sprint, some Fargo Dome events, and Rasmussen College
  13. Direct Deposit – All employees are offered the opportunity to have your paycheck directly deposited into the bank(s) of your choice, or on a PaycheckPLUS Visa pay card
  14. Workers Compensation - If an employee is injured on the job, the YMCA will cover their medical expenses (upon approval)
