  • 403(b) Tax Deferred Smart Account Retirement Plan - Employees are offered the opportunity to contribute to a Tax Deferred Retirement Plan.
  • 12% Retirement Plan - The YMCA will automatically contribute an additional 12% of the eligible employees monthly salary into their YMCA Retirement Plan when all of the following requirements are met:
    • The employee has been employed with the YMCA for 2 years.
    • The employee has worked 1,000 hours during each of any two 12 month periods.
    • The employee is 21 years of age or older.
  • Paid Time Off – Full Time employees will begin accruing PTO immediately upon their Full Time employment start date, and may start utilizing without a waiting period. (This leave includes vacation, sick and holiday pay.)
  • Emergency/Funeral Leave - 3 extra PTO days each calendar year for emergencies (upon approval).
  • Short Term Disability - 60% of your salary supplemented while out due to a personal illness, or accident (upon approval).
  • Long Term Disability - 60% of your salary supplemented while out due to a personal illness, or accident (upon approval).
  • Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment - $50,000 Life Insurance Policy and a $25,000 to $50,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment policy.
  • Employee Assistance Program – All employees are offered the opportunity for free confidential counseling services for themselves and their family.
  • Discounts – All employees receive discounts to Verizon Wireless, Sprint, some Fargo Dome events, and Rasmussen College.
  • Direct Deposit – All employees are offered the opportunity to have your paycheck directly deposited into the bank(s) of your choice, or on a PaycheckPLUS Visa pay card.
  • Workers Compensation - If an employee is injured on the job, the YMCA will cover their medical expenses (upon approval).
