  • Free Individual YMCA Membership.
  • Part Time employees may upgrade their Individual Membership to a:
    • Family Household Membership for $27 per month.
    • Family Household Package for $50 per month. (Includes Drop-In Childcare in PlayTown, up to 2 hours per day Monday-Saturday.)
  • Discounts off of many YMCA services and programs, such as Massages, Personal Trainers, etc. 
  • 403(b) Tax Deferred Smart Account Retirement Plan - Employees are offered the opportunity to contribute to a Tax Deferred Retirement Plan.
  • 12% Retirement Plan - The YMCA will automatically contribute an additional 12% of the eligible employees monthly salary into their YMCA Retirement Plan when all of the following requirements are met:
    • The employee has been employed with the YMCA for 2 years.
    • The employee has worked 1,000 hours during each of any two 12 month periods.
    • The employee is 21 years of age or older.
  • Paid Time Off - After 3 years of continuous employment, employees begin accruing PTO and may start utilizing it at that time.
  • Employee Assistance Program - All employees are offered the opportunity for free confidential counseling services for themselves and their family.
  • Discounts - All employees receive discounts to Rasmussen college, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and some Fargo Dome events.
  • Direct Deposit - All employees are offered the opportunity to have their paycheck directly deposited into the bank(s) of their choice, or onto a PaycheckPLUS Visa pay card.
  • Workers Compensation - If an employee is injured on the job, the YMCA will cover their medical expenses (upon approval).
