  • Free Individual YMCA Membership 
  • Part Time employees may upgrade their Individual Membership to a Family Household Membership for $27 per month, or to a Family Household Package for $50 per month.

  • 403(b) Tax Deferred Smart Account Retirement Plan - Employees are offered the opportunity to contribute to a Tax Deferred Retirement Plan.
  • 12% Retirement Plan - The YMCA will automatically contribute 12% of the eligible employees monthly salary into their YMCA. Retirement Plan when the following requirements are met: 1. the employee has been employed with the YMCA for 2 years, and 2. the employee has worked 1,000 hours during each of any two 12 month periods, and 3. the employee is 21 years of age or older
  • Paid Time Off - After 3 years of continuous employment, you will begin accruing PTO and may start utilizing it at that time.
  • Employee Assistance Program - All employees are offered the opportunity for free confidential counseling services for themselves and their family.
  • Discounts - All employees receive discounts to Rasmussen college, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and some Fargo Dome events.
  • Direct Deposit - All employees are offered the opportunity to have their paycheck directly deposited into the bank(s) of their choice, or onto a PaycheckPLUS Visa pay card.
  • Workers Compensation - If an employee is injured on the job, the YMCA will cover their medical expenses (upon approval).
